Yash was born in Pune, India before moving and growing up in Dallas. At an early age he was trying to invent things that would make the lives of other’s easier. From there he pursued a degree in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Texas at Dallas hoping to create things that could change the world. After years of failed ventures, volunteering in the local communities, and working in city elections, he realized he wanted to help others in a more direct way. Instead of sitting behind a desk making auto-parts he wanted to impact things on a much larger scale. Using his problem solving skills and his pursuit of innovation, Yash co-founded Nexus in the summer of 2017 to help revitalize struggling non-profit organizations and positively impact those in need. With a background in engineering, computer science, and public speaking, he adds a lot of diversity to the team.
